Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (reach trucks, order pickers) safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and stack products accurately onto pallets and shelves according to safety protocols.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections on all machinery and report any issues immediately.
- Ensure workstations and aisles remain clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure proper labeling of stock for accurate tracking.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily shipping, receiving, and storage goals.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Required).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and strict adherence to safety regulations.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems or RF scanners is a plus.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime during peak seasons.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
