Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a warehouse setting.
- Load, unload, and transport materials to designated storage areas or shipping docks.
- Perform inventory checks and ensure accurate stock counts using RF scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Follow standard operating procedures for palletizing, wrapping, and labeling.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors regarding inventory status and operational needs.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (CFL or equivalent) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong physical stamina to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to follow written and verbal instructions.
