Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling machinery to move, load, and unload products.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the accurate receiving, stocking, and organizing of inventory to maintain optimal warehouse conditions.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) and conducting daily safety inspections.
- Palletizing & Stacking: Properly palletize, shrink-wrap, and stack materials to ensure stability and prevent damage during transport and storage.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure that all items are correctly labeled and sorted before shipping.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by promptly cleaning spills and organizing workspaces.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- License: Valid driver's license is preferred but not required for entry-level operators.
- Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new safety procedures and equipment operation.
