Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock counts using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure all safety protocols (OSHA) are followed at all times.
- Package and prepare pallets for shipping or storage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
