Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain machinery daily to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with warehouse team to organize stock, manage inventory levels, and fulfill shipping/receiving tasks
- Adhere strictly to OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols at all times
- Document operations accurately using inventory management systems and reporting tools
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification and 1+ years of operating experience (counterbalance, reach truck, or order picker)
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and material handling best practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods during night shifts
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability for overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
