Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) with precision and strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Load and unload trailers and trucks efficiently to ensure timely distribution.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure all materials are stored safely and organized according to company standards.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and OSHA regulations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for logging operations.
