Responsibilities
- Safely operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts, Reach Trucks, Pallet Jacks) to move, stack, and retrieve materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to maintain timely shipping and receiving schedules.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock rotation (FIFO).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
