Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport products within the facility.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and safety checks on equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and complete necessary paperwork.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and order fulfillment.
- Handle physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, and pulling packages up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery or forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to work the Night Shift on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic math skills for inventory and order accuracy.
- Physically able to perform the demands of the job, including standing for long periods.
