Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load, unload, and stage shipments according to production schedules.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and record-keeping duties.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding workflow and potential hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidates.
