As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that products are moved efficiently and safely within our warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks (PIT) to load, unload, and transport materials with precision and care.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of all equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including staging areas and aisles.
- Assist with inventory management, including scanning and tracking stock levels accurately.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (CL, RF, or Reach Truck).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory verification.
- Excellent attendance record and willingness to work overtime as needed.
