Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move inventory, pallets, and materials safely throughout the facility.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely and organized manner, ensuring cargo security.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization to ensure accurate tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience operating heavy machinery or forklifts.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as business demands require.
