Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), or RF scanners.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or defects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and inventory managers.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read a screen.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production quotas.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
