Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks (PIT) to load, unload, stack, and retrieve materials.
- Ensure the safe operation of equipment by performing daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and inventory goals.
- Document material movements accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Previous experience operating forklifts (Stand-up, Reach, or Counterbalance preferred).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
