Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to load and unload merchandise.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure proper maintenance and safe operation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and documentation.
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (or be willing to obtain one during training).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to pass a background check.
- Basic computer literacy for logging hours and scanning.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
