Responsibilities
- Safe Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods within the facility.
- Inventory Management: Accurately stock and organize inventory to maintain optimal warehouse flow and efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper labeling before moving to storage or shipping areas.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors and team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents and ensure a professional environment.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidate for the forklift operator role.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic counting and inventory tracking.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent work history.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends if necessary.
