Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and update stock records in the WMS.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Stack and organize pallets efficiently to maximize storage space.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Keep the work area clean and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Certification (required for immediate consideration).
- Previous experience operating forklifts (Counterbalance, Reach, or High Reach preferred).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available for an immediate start date.
