Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) for material movement
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated zones
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily (pre/post-shift checks)
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Complete paperwork for inventory and shift reports
- Assist in warehouse cleanup and organization
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain training)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work evenings/weekends as needed
