As part of our logistics team, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations, ensuring that our products are picked, packed, and shipped efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick orders from the warehouse floor and pack them for shipment.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by scanning items and updating systems.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate scanning devices and basic warehouse machinery under supervision.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work a full-time schedule.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic math for inventory and shipping purposes.
- Attention to Detail: Must be meticulous in ensuring order accuracy.
- Availability: Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
