Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to load, unload, and transport materials.
- Stack and organize inventory in designated storage areas to ensure optimal space utilization.
- Perform routine quality checks and inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Accurately record inventory movements and stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Ability to stand, walk, and operate machinery for extended periods of time.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and pick tickets accurately.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and workplace cleanliness.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
