Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections and safety checks on all equipment to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by tagging and logging incoming and outgoing stock.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure production targets and delivery schedules are met during peak weekend hours.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized and free of hazards to prevent accidents.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA preferred).
- Previous experience operating powered industrial trucks in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts and overtime as needed.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and maneuver in tight spaces.
- Basic computer literacy for logging work hours and inventory updates.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
