Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Load and unload trucks and containers accurately, adhering to shipping schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure proper working order.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Assist with inventory control, stock rotation, and order picking as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (OSHA 10/30 or equivalent certification).
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and inventory tags.
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
