Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Manage inventory with barcode scanning systems and digital tracking
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Collaborate with warehouse team for efficient material flow
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Complete accurate paperwork for inventory and transport logs
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Flexibility to work in varying temperature environments
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
