Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transport materials within the facility.
- Inspect forklifts for safety issues and perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including OSHA guidelines and company policies.
- Stack and organize pallets efficiently to maximize warehouse space.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including cleaning and organizing work areas.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Must possess valid forklift license or willing to get trained).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous experience in warehousing or logistics is preferred but not required.
