Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse.
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues to management immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance and efficiency.
- Process inventory accurately using scanners and computer systems.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Package and palletize products securely for distribution.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Forklift Certification (for counterbalance and sit-down forklifts) is highly preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
