Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts using RF scanners and barcode systems
- Manage stock reconciliation and report discrepancies to management
- Update inventory databases in real-time using ERP software
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for efficient stock rotation
- Generate monthly inventory reports and analytical summaries
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO protocols
- Collaborate with procurement teams to prevent stockouts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years of inventory management experience
- Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of OSHA warehouse safety standards
