Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using WMS systems
- Update and maintain real-time inventory databases with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to optimize stock rotation and space utilization
- Generate inventory reports for management and audit purposes
- Implement FIFO/FEFO protocols to minimize spoilage/obsolescence
- Collaborate with procurement on stock replenishment triggers
- Support cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred)
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or Fishbowl)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- RF scanner operation and barcode system knowledge
- Exceptional attention to detail and data integrity standards
- Ability to lift 25lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification a plus
