Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using barcode scanners
- Manage stock receiving, putaway, and shipment documentation with precision
- Maintain real-time inventory data in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Collaborate with procurement team on reorder points and stock optimization
- Generate weekly/monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO/FEFO protocols and quality control checks
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve stock discrepancies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management experience in warehouse/logistics
- Proficiency with inventory software (e.g., Fishbowl, TradeGecko)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
