Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Inspect and maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock verification
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and according to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize storage and distribution processes
- Prepare and maintain shipping/receiving documentation with precision
- Adhere to all safety protocols and housekeeping standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
