Responsibilities
- Load/unload trucks and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently following OSHA standards
- Organize and inventory materials in designated storage areas
- Prepare orders for shipment by packing, labeling, and documenting
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces to prevent hazards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Commitment to workplace safety protocols
- Flexible availability including potential weekend shifts
