Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and quality standards.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels, process orders, and maintain accurate records.
- Pack and prepare products for shipment using appropriate materials, machinery, and labeling.
- Perform cycle counts and participate in regular inventory reconciliation audits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve logistical bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar operational role is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for accurate inventory tracking.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
