As a Picker Packer, you will be essential to our supply chain, ensuring orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect goods for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels and update tracking systems accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and tracking packages.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
