Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select products from shelves and pack them into boxes for shipment.
- Order Accuracy: Verify that the correct items are picked and packaged according to customer orders.
- Labeling: Apply shipping labels and barcodes to packages efficiently.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, forklifts (if certified), and pallet jacks.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized and clean to ensure safety standards are met.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy rates.
- Availability: Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic Math: Ability to read labels and perform basic math calculations.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and willing to work as part of a team.
