We are currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Picker Packers at our state-of-the-art Indianapolis facility.
As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We offer Daily Pay options, meaning you can get paid the same day you work!

Responsibilities
- Select and verify merchandise against customer orders using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Pack items securely in boxes and cartons using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Scan barcodes accurately to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning and verifying orders.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet physical demands.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
