Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise orders for shipment according to strict customer specifications.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to maintain high accuracy rates.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper labeling, packaging, and sealing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts when certified.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime and varying shifts as required.
