Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products from warehouse shelves according to order slips and digital pick lists.
- Verify item quantities and ensure accuracy before packaging.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping and organizing aisles.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as directed by supervisors.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read a screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
