As a Picker Packer, you will be the backbone of our fulfillment operations. We pride ourselves on efficiency and accuracy, and we need reliable team members to help us maintain our high standards.
Responsibilities
- Select and verify products from inventory using handheld scanners or pick lists.
- Pack items securely into boxes, ensuring proper labeling and shipping documentation.
- Load and unload shipments safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies to the team lead immediately.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide paid training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
