Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select items from inventory shelves and pack them securely for shipment using provided equipment.
- Inventory Management: Utilize barcode scanners and inventory systems to ensure stock accuracy and order fulfillment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily productivity goals.
- Load Preparation: Prepare pallets and loading docks for outgoing deliveries efficiently.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work a consistent schedule.
- Computer Literacy: Basic familiarity with technology (tablets/scanners) is a plus, but not required for entry.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail-oriented work.
- Availability: Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
