Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Verify accuracy of items against customer orders using handheld scanners.
- Ensure all packages are securely sealed and labeled for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and according to protocol.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve any discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation and a consistent work history.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
