Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise against customer orders with high accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization as required.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Basic math skills for price and quantity verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Physical stamina to lift boxes up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required for immediate hire).
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as business needs dictate.
