Responsibilities
- Retrieve merchandise from shelves and storage areas based on pick tickets and work orders.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet quality standards before packing.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials and prepare them for shipping.
- Operate handheld scanning devices and inventory management software to maintain accurate records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Load and unload trucks as required to support warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
