Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Select and prepare merchandise for shipment according to pick lists and customer orders.
- Quality Control: Verify the accuracy of product quantity and condition before packing.
- Order Fulfillment: Ensure all orders are packaged securely and labeled correctly for timely delivery.
- Inventory Maintenance: Assist in keeping the warehouse organized and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic addition and subtraction for inventory checks.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
