Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and ensure they are securely packed for shipment.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily shipping deadlines.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
