Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders according to pick lists and safety guidelines.
- Verify the accuracy of items and quantities before packaging.
- Label, seal, and prepare packages for shipping using appropriate materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
