Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves accurately and efficiently based on digital pick tickets.
- Verify SKU numbers, quantities, and item conditions before packaging to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to log inventory movements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and maintaining proper stock rotation (FIFO).
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading skills for verifying order details.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Houston facility.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
