Responsibilities
- Retrieve, select, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to pick lists and safety guidelines.
- Verify product accuracy and inspect items for defects before packaging.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to weight limits and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for scanning and verifying orders.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not required for immediate consideration).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
