Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Verify the accuracy of orders against packing slips before shipment.
- Prepare items for shipment using proper packaging materials and labeling.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization as directed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior experience required; full training provided on-site.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Reliable transportation to the Columbus facility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
