Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise from the warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
- Verify item counts and descriptions to ensure order accuracy and minimize returns.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Label, wrap, and prepare packages for shipping using automated conveyor systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
