Responsibilities
- Select and pick merchandise from the warehouse shelves accurately according to customer orders.
- Package items securely to ensure safe delivery and damage prevention.
- Scan barcodes and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment safely.
- Keep the work area organized and clean to meet safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or picking experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic math skills for accurate counting and weighing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
