Job Overview
As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will work in a high-energy warehouse setting, utilizing modern technology to process inventory efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Operate powered industrial trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided).
- Scan items into the inventory management system using handheld scanners.
- Organize stock and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse floor.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper labeling.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
