Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy using warehouse management software.
- Operate handheld scanners and communicate via walkie-talkies.
- Sort, organize, and prepare products for shipment efficiently.
- Perform regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Basic reading and math skills for order verification.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
